What's Behind The 'Unidentified Objects' Hype?

It all started with a Chinese balloon, now it just doesn't add up.
When something appears repeatedly in corporate news headlines, it's a cause for suspicion. This wasn't the case twenty years ago, in a time when we were less reluctant to believe what we saw on CNN, but times have changed. We've been duped with weapons of mass destruction, vaccines that prevent transmission and a pandemic with a fatality rate similar to the common flu—among just a few things. Over the past couple of decades, we've been subjected to highly disruptive fake news. After having our lives upended by false narratives and manufactured hysteria, more of us have become resistant to believing corporate narratives, but an unhealthy majority are still eager to jump on the next bandwagon. The media's latest “unidentified object” campaign appears specifically designed to trigger more fear about the unknown.
What did they shoot down over Alaska, Yukon and Lake Huron? They still haven't told us. From the get-go, it seemed odd that NORAD and the Pentagon would have no idea what they were shooting down. The whole “shoot first and ask questions later” approach seems either juvenile and irresponsible—or entirely fabricated.
Since I'm not one to believe that high-level operatives and generals would shoot something down without first knowing what it is, I'm going to assume we're being lied to. This would mean they know exactly what they shot down and don't want to tell us, or that nothing really happened and the whole thing is another psychological operation designed to plant the seeds for war.
Let's keep in mind that this whole thing started, coincidentally, just days after an award-winning journalist implicated the United States in the detonation of the Nord Stream pipeline.
I've never been big on conspiracy theories, so I'm not approaching this lightly. I've given it a lot of thought and what I'm seeing reeks of deceit, propaganda and misdirection. It was clear in October who sabotaged the Nord Stream, just like it's clear now that something doesn't add up about the events over Alaska, Yukon and Lake Huron. The media's coverage of “unidentified objects” is clearly designed to whip up hysteria, speculation and fear among the public. Its either about drawing attention away from the Nord Stream, or drawing attention toward China and Russia.
It could be both.
The last few times media and government whipped up hysteria, it led to war, economic lockdowns and vaccine passports. The weapons of mass destruction lie took us into Iraq and made defence contractors billions. The pandemic hysteria earned billions in profits for big pharma. This new UFO hysteria has people speculating about war with aliens, war with China and war with Russia. The one, single denominator in all of the speculation is war.
We already know we are in a proxy war with Russia. Sentiments toward China have been on a downward spiral for years and the global situation is looking more dicey than ever. All of these things look to be getting worse as the United States shows reluctance in brokering peace between Ukraine and Russia. Like with every previous war, the liberal world order is ready to amplify the hostility. Like with every previous war, the liberal order is pretending to be the victim of another country's belligerence.
For years, the U.S. has been interfering with Ukrainian politics by funding coups, protests and pro-American leaders. With Zelenskyy and Western powers pushing for NATO membership, against Putin's red line, hostilities have been deliberately intensified between the two countries. The U.S. knew what would happen if they pushed against Putin's red line, but they did it anyway. Of course, according to our media, only the United States can draw red lines. Encroaching on another country's sovereignty is only ok when the Holy American Empire does it.
The expansion of NATO has been viewed as a threat in Russia since the alliance was born. Anyone who pays attention and reads books would know this. Expanding NATO and including countries that border Russia is an aggressive move. It's a move the U.S. would not take lightly if tables were turned. Ask Joe Biden what his response would be to the construction of Russian military bases and missile silos in Cuba.
“But it's ok when we do it, because freedom!” is getting old for the rest of the world. Western liberal sanctimony has over-stayed its welcome.
With new global forces aligning, the liberal world order is under threat. China, India, Russia and Saudi Arabia are coming closer together, while South American countries look to partner with less traditional countries outside the order. With the growing influence of BRICS, American and European hegemony is in the crosshair. This unprecedented new threat leaves the Western order turning to the one thing it has always used to secure its hegemony: war. .
The United States and its allies need to prove they are the future. A big, earthshaking war they think can be won would sway emerging world powers like Brazil and India into the fold. All we can do now is hope that our leaders and commanders know what they're doing. As our military leaders focus more on gender ideology and pronouns, I'm a bit doubtful.
Regardless, these balloons and unidentified objects look like efforts to sway public opinion through fear. We saw it when a mysterious virus emerged from China, we saw it when we were told of Islamic “sleeper cells” operating in our country and we're seeing it again as mysterious, cylindrical objects get shot down over our skies. We might find out what they are after authorities recover and analyze the debris, but the answers might be the catalyst for the war the West wants.
Following Afghanistan and an endless war on terror, Americans would be reluctant to accept a new war. However, if you asked anyone about vaccine passports and lockdowns in 2019, they would have called you nuts and referred you to a book by George Orwell.
Never underestimate the power of fear.
